Pigs which had Prestart Meals through the Transition Feeder for 14 days had a 10% improvement in growth rate (2.3 kgs extra weight per pig) compared with normal dry feeding.

10% of pigs were taken out of the Dry Feeding group, as they were not performing, whilst none were taken out of the Transition Feeder group.
